Be bold. Be silly. Have fun. Did you know #laughter has both short and long-term effects on your physical and mental health? The saying laughter is medicine is true, and it’s amazing how a bit of joy can help improve your immune system, relieve pain, reduce stress and even promote more creative and positive thinking. Andrew Carnegie once said “there is little success where there is little laughter.” As professionals, it’s important we find moments of #joy. Not only can it help #InspireTrust and build relationships, but it can make a world of a difference in your life, both at work and at home. For me, I most recently found joy in dressing up as a t-rex and chasing our niece and nephew around for our monthly “Auntie Day.” I definitely underestimated how out of breath I would get from running around and laughing with the kids but it was an amazing day and I would do it all over again. #TeamCVS #JoyInWork #DinosaursAndDonuts https://lnkd.in/gEKMriYw
