If Carlsberg made LinkedIn trainers & business communities | 1-1 & Company LinkedIn Training | Masterclasses, networking & much, much more inside The HoLT | Whatever you do, don't read my About section 😱
Five handy things you might not know how to do on LinkedIn... Let me know which one is BRAND NEW INFORMATION to you! 1️⃣ If you can’t find the option to block someone on their profile, it means you have both attended the same event. You must remove yourself or delete any events you may have been at with them, then the block option will reappear on their profile. 2️⃣ You can hide the list of who you’re connected with from other people: Settings 👉 visibility 👉 connections. 3️⃣ I kept getting endorsed by strangers for random skills I don’t have, or they had no way of knowing if I was good at or not! To turn them off: Your profile 👉 scroll to your skills section 👉 click the pencil 👉 click the three black dots next to ‘Demonstrate skills’ and you can change endorsement settings. 4️⃣ When adding a link to your featured posts, DO NOT add anything into the ‘description’ box. This means as soon as someone clicks the image they will go directly to the link, otherwise there will be another box that pops up and they have to click again to go to the link. Less friction - more site visits. 5️⃣ You can view all your most recent connections in chronological order from most recently connected backwards. Desktop: Click on My Network 👉 connections Mobile: My Network 👉 Manage my network - connections And if you get the sitcom reference, you get 100 bonus points. Which one will you be using?

Mark my words: by the end of Q3, I will have done $75K in MRR for storyarb. And here’s exactly how I’m gonna do it: (SN: this is how I gained a 90% inbound rate for 2 years straight) 1️⃣ Be visible - Double-down on value-focused content - Be consistent in posting on relevant content pillars 2️⃣ Build partnerships - Increase distribution by aligning w/ channel partners - Create next-level referral program with tier-one benefits 3️⃣ Create (genuine) community - Respond to comments (it's a two-way street) - Write content based on community’s needs vs. my own 4️⃣ Give more in value than I receive in payment - Run content strategy office hours to offer direct value - Focus on giving my community resources When you focus on your people and the problems they’re facing You start to see your own problems (getting to $75K MRR) disappear. Lmk what questions I can answer 🤟🏾

I don’t know about you, but they save my life 😅 and let’s face it, LinkedIn doesn’t make organizing contacts easy. Lately, I’ve been using Notion (but that might be about to change). I made a bespoke Notion board with tags, reminders, and lists. But now I’m trialing a new app that promises to save me time and effort Here’s a quick video intro to the app (it’s called folk) and I’ll keep you posted on how I get on using it to track my; 🔥 sales, 🔥 relationships, 🔥 and leads on LinkedIn. But tell me, what do you use? Oh, and if you’re ready to jump into folk app 👇 1. Go to https://www.folk.app/ + sign up (FREE) 2. Install the folkX chrome extension 3. Add LinkedIn profiles with 1 click (no copy + paste)

A small but mighty LinkedIn tip that you may not be aware of… You can update your feed on mobile (not just desktop) to show the most recent posts from people/ brands you follow. Many people have this set to ‘most relevant’ by default, hence seeing posts from a mix of timeframes and ‘suggested’ posts from people you don’t follow. No harm in ‘most relevant’, but sometimes you need a good old chronological feed. You can always revert back if it’s not for you.
