There are few accomplishments that make me prouder than this: Simple Mills has been named one of Inc's Best Workplaces! To be honored on this list, in tandem with the written application, Inc. requires a company-wide engagement survey where at least 65% of employees provide their candid thoughts and feedback on Simple Mills as an employer. We were delighted to score an 89/100 for satisfaction and engagement. Since day one, focusing on our team, our culture and not just "what" work gets done, but "how" it is done has been front and center for me. We spend so much of our lives on our careers. The "How" that makes up the culture surrounding us at work is vital to our experience as humans! And I am so thrilled and humbled to hear the difference this has made for our team. The new year is a great time to reset, reflect, and think to the months ahead. This week the entire company will be participating in what we like to call a Quantum week to start the year with a quantum leap forward!   Throughout the quantum week, the team will participate in structured, unstructured time to work on individual projects, habit-building, self-care, new skill development, and so much more. We're easing into the new year with focus and intention to prepare for a successful 2024. For me, this means spending more time meditating so that I can bring intentionality and presence to my role as a leader. What are you focused on this year?

This time of year, I always like to take an extra moment to practice gratitude. Professionally, this year has been pivotal for Simple Mills and our employees. Some things I’m most proud to share…   - We launched three amazing products this year – Cheddar Pop Mmms Veggie Flour Baked Snack Crackers, Cocoa Pancake and Chocolate Brownie Soft Baked Bar. - Over team went to Mill Valley this spring to learn about regenerative agriculture from local farmers! We are so appreciative for the opportunity to get our hands dirty; it was so impactful for the team. - Our sustainability team launched the inaugural People and Planet Impact Journal. This is an amazing resource that seamlessly communicates our mission to internal and external partners. What an incredible accomplishment! - We hit distribution in over 30,000 stores! We are so grateful to our sales teams for the hard work surpassing this giant milestone.   What are you grateful for this year?
