Boeing just handed SpaceX that valuation on a platter.

Honestly, $210B seems low to me. I had a chance to use Starlink in the middle of nowhere for three months and it is mind-blowing. I set it up using a mobile app in about 5 minutes and had speeds well over 200mbps. The thing flies! And it is beyond rugged. We had winter storms that dumped four feet of snow at times and winds exceeding 80 mph. Starlink never missed a beat. I get we want to build a base on Mars, but it's Starlink that will be Musk's legacy. SpaceX is going to connect the entire world to the internet, by itself! IMO, that is easily worth a trillion-dollar valuation.

Say what you want about Elon, the people working at SpaceX are some of the smartest and capable engineers on the planet. The engineering that goes into sending a rocket up, delivering a payload, landing said rocket back down by itself onto a self piloting barge (on the water!!!) which returns to home - well that all you really have to say.

SpaceX should just make it official and become an arm of NASA.

So to understand all this: -#spaceX will initially be valued at $210B, then the gambling kicks in to ‘summit’ at <$1T value? -Co’s sole biz model is ‘doing’ for the #USFed govt via #nasa contracts -So these contracts mints #musk more wealth on #nasa’s core-competence? And this is ‘irregard’ of party in ‘pol-power’! This’s the best of modern oligarchy-capitalism & we b..ch how #russia or rest of #world does theirs?

It’s not worth 112.00 a share as of today. I rather throw my money out the window and buy it for 40.00 a share 2 months from now. Elon is great at what he does but he should be worrying more about Tesla at this point of his life IPO space X next year But Elons friends will buy anything he sells it just doesn’t add up as of today.

I think with more technological breakthroughs and increased market demand, SpaceX is expected to lead the development of the space industry and open up new prospects for human space exploration.
