I am doing my best at teaching my kids the power of boredom. They are both creative humans so helping them understand that the mind works best when it is bored! They are not interested in the old days and why we adults were bored. Meet them where they are now so they truly appreciate and recognize its importance.

Such a valuable insight from Dr. Samantha Boardman! Embracing moments of boredom can actually boost creativity, improve mental health, and enhance our problem-solving skills. It's a great reminder to occasionally disconnect and just be present. Let's all try to find beauty in boredom and see where it leads us!
