Though it doesn’t happen often, I will admit when I’m wrong. 😉 I have been a total hypocrite for the last month or so. Always preaching health and self-care meanwhile running around like a chicken with my head cut off (i.e. CEO with big transitions, taking on new 1:1 RTT and consulting clients, new business concepts in the works, momming, santaing, holiday party prepping and partying), its been a lot. And, guess what, yesterday morning my body told me so with a scratchy throat, body aches, and a temp of almost 102. Mind you, this is a first for me since 2021. So what did I do? I listened. The past 24 hours the couch and bed have been my haven, and the actors from all the Netflix holiday romcoms and I are like this 🤞. But with a little R&R and this “protocol”, my body told those germs to get the eff out. And, now, I’m feeling close to 💯. The new Immune Assist and OmegaBiotic Complete from Princeton Integrative Health are the 💣. And the old standbys of Vitamin C and D and 👁️ certainly did the trick. Spray a little Biocidin Botanicals the throat and shoot some Argentyn up the schnoz and as good as new in just 24 hours. This time of year is tough. Self care tends to go up the chimney.🧑🎄 But the important thing is to always listen to your body. Know when enough is enough. Have your health restoring tools on-board.
