Does anybody knows any strategy/method to land a SAAS Sales role with a US Based company when you're not based in the US? Almost Every company is saying we're flexible but when it comes to hiring for sales roles, they're only hiring Remote(US) and when it comes to the social media platforms there is no filter that you can use to find roles with the US Companies when you're not based in the US.

Chain of command isn’t the same as chain of communication. What does that mean? Reporting structures work. It’s almost impossible to scale “flat” organizations. Anybody at any time should be expected to bring ideas, feedback, and issues directly to the person responsible for it - be it another team, another department or the CEO. This prevents disasters and is just faster and more effective. I've worked with over 60 B2B SaaS and service companies over the past 3 years. Here is something unexpected that can stunt your growth... Not hiring more people. Founders can get jittery about hiring when things are working well. They fall into the trap of over-optimizing with their team and ignore that they need to hire more people and scale. Sometimes the answer is as simple as hiring.
