100,000 downloads – wow! It’s fantastic to see that #ALittleBitRicher is making a real impact with people in their 20s and 30s. I’m proud we’re making a difference and helping people understand their #pensions and so much more.

A little over nine months ago, we embarked on a mission to help people in their 20s and 30s become more money confident. But to be able to start that conversation, we knew we needed to meet young people in the places they already were – which is why we launched TikTok and our podcast, A Little Bit Richer. We’ve seen some great successes on these new channels, and I’m so pleased to see we’ve hit a new milestone: 100,000 podcast downloads! That’s a real testament that our content is resonating with this audience. That’s backed up by our audience figures too; 80% of our listeners are under 34.  It’s also great to see that the podcast is performing well with female audiences, who make up 68% of our listener base. FCA data shows that young women tend to have lower financial confidence, so it’s good to know our female-fronted show is making a difference. Through the podcast, our incredible host Kia Commodore helps break down what can be complex topics, such as workplace pensions, ISAs and protection into bitesize episodes. As well as some invaluable tips around affordable travel, avoiding scams online, buying a home – and more. Here at Legal & General, we know how important it is to be there for people throughout their key life moments. If you know anyone in their 20s and 30s working towards a financial milestone, or who may need a bit of help in setting their goals, why not share the podcast and help them become #ALittleBitRicher https://lnkd.in/eh8VF78k

This is fantastic Paula and Katharine! Great to see so many people benefiting from this increased awareness of financial topics - and as a woman, I'm especially pleased to hear you're reaching such a good female audience 👏
