Every founder takes a different amount of time to realize one crucial truth: To succeed, you must first be willing to fail publicly. Most don’t understand this. Others, can’t find the courage to do so. #startup

Very true! The core of the problem is indeed that people are unable to balance their fear. In the startup environment, failing in public can be painful, but it can also be seen as a badge of honor. It displays your willingness to take chances and grow from your errors.

When you can accept your failure as a badge of honor, as at least you tried, you will succeed eventually.

Karthik Sridharan deep thought :-), in my view Every founder is aware of this from day 1 it's just that they keep stretching it until all roads closed or all options runs out .... cause of this they completely fail in between. My strong suggestion is that accept the reality and seek help openly when required , nothing wrong in it.

This is true man, people are still ready to fail these days but the word publicly scares the shit out of them. Once somebody becomes comfortable with failures, there's just growth happening.

Spot on! It's when I started talking about my failures when things have changed. When I opened up and developed self-awareness I realised that I didn't understand the game. The people you surround yourself with will often determine your fate.
