Healthcare recruitment advertising question...................specifically relating to leading sources for the UK market. I understand the wide variety of sources available. Historically, clients have always found that job boards were the leading source of hire for Care Workers, Care Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses etc. Has this changed over the last couple of years? Are employers and recruitment/staffing agencies filling more roles, at a lower cost, through these channels, than job boards/databases? If you do run healthcare recruitment advertising campaigns on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc, how do you centralise the data & conversions from the different sources.
