Working on a good few finance roles at the mid and senior level currently and it's great to see that there is real interest among so many finance people in potentially making a move in such a tight market. While the € salary is always a key factor when considering options (we all have bills to pay after all) it is interesting to note that culture and team is to the fore as well, and rightly or wrongly a company's culture is being judged on their hybrid working policy (rightly in my opinion). If you have a good hybrid working policy in place with a flexible attitude as to when you need to be in the office then you are considered a good place to work and you have a larger talent pool to recruit from. It all comes down to trust. Trust your people to not only do the work but know that they know when they need to be in the office and when they can do the work remotely.
