We are excited to announce the commencement of Oldham & Worth, a mixed-use residential project in the West End of Downtown Raleigh. Taking design inspiration from the lumber company located on the property many decades ago, Oldham & Worth will consist of 252 units ranging from modern studios to spacious multi-bedroom residences, along with 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The architectural design, which includes rough-hewn wood accents, board-formed concrete, brick, and exposed steel, seamlessly blends the neighborhood’s historic charm with industrial aesthetics. Key partners for this project include McAdams, Lynch Mykins Structural Engineers, Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, dwell design studio, llc, and Clancy & Theys Construction Company. Oldham & Worth is the second phase of Kane Realty Corporation's redevelopment of the former Clancy & Theys headquarters. These new mixed-use residential projects reinforce the West End as a dynamic and growing destination, complementing the expansion of Downtown Raleigh. The neighborhood's proximity to the burgeoning area around Dorothea Dix Park, the Warehouse District, and Union Station, as well as its walkability to Raleigh's Central Business District, make it a highly appealing location.
