When in doubt, REACH OUT! If you have a question about work, regardless of your position, NEVER be shy to seek the expertise of others. Reach out to online communities, social media platforms, offline communities, etc. Connect with those who are both in or outside of your tribe. Geographic limitations and cultural divides disappear once you find your tribe.
