As we edge or should I say sprint to the end of the year, a time many refer to as “silly season”, it’s important to know that we can slow the pace, be kind to ourselves and take care of others before the holidays are upon us. There’s a good few weeks to go, and rather enjoy this time, and bring replenishment in small ways. Waiting for the start of holidays, means the inevitable end of the holidays.
Don’t wish your life away. Make the moments, days and weeks count with meaning and intentionality.
Slow down, inside.
