Let's be clear: While many white individuals advocate for the rights of those without a voice, some intentionally exploit their whiteness to gain the upper hand, often at the expense of people of colour. This grim reality persists in workplaces, perpetuating systemic racism and oppression. At RaCExpert Limited, we confront these harsh truths head-on. We reject sugarcoating, urging white individuals to acknowledge their privilege, amplify marginalized voices, and cease suppressing them. I absolutely love this advice. There's no such thing as a self-made man. The whole history of humanity is build on successes of collaboration and support. On learning and teaching. So why do we have this notion that successful people do it on their own? I also thoroughly believe that the more senior your become, the more strategic the task, the less you can do on your own. What to do if someone opens up to you. "and you can make if I say those words What do I do if my friend today says that's happened to me. Do I ask who did it? No, we don't need to investigate. It's not what the survivor needs. Do we say i'm so sorry No, that comes off as pity look that survivor right in the eyes and simply say thank you for sharing clearly You are strong and courageous.
