Thank you for participating in my poll! I noticed that no one voted to honor the customer's request. I'd love to hear why you wouldn't honor the request. For me, once you ignore one policy, it's a slippery slope to ignoring the rest. There's always room for compromise, but you should do so with your policies in mind.
