Our team was pleased to advise Liberty Hospital on their transaction with The University of Kansas Health System. As part of the combination, UKHS has committed to invest $324 million in capital projects to grow clinical services, fund facility improvements, infrastructure projects, and migrate to the Epic information technology platform.
