I am thrilled to share a major technological advancement from Twelve Labs today. Super proud of the Twelve Labs team :) 1. We are releasing our latest video language foundation model, Pegasus-1, outperforming the previous state-of-the-art model by up to 60% in video-to-text generation tasks (captioning and summarizing), relatively measured in QEFVC and VidFactScore-F1.   - Our model is trained on 35 million diverse video-text pairs (out of the 300 million we constructed). This is one of the largest video corpora in the world for training video-language foundation models.   - Our model leverages both visual and audio (including speech) in a video to generate text (Multimodal Understanding)   - Our model can take up to 1-hour video unlike many models limited to 1-minute video (30~60 frames) - Link to our technical blog for more details: https://lnkd.in/dqcSHF_9 2.
