6moJulian- long time, my friend. Your business with training front desk staff is brilliant! But don’t stop at the fitness/wellness industries. Training front desk staff for many other industries is really needed too. This includes most retail businesses. I was the personal stylist at Macy’s for 5 years. There were a lot of “Gen Z’s” who worked at the registers. This is a demographic who would surely benefit from your training. Plus, it would be a win-win because it would not only benefit the business, but it would teach wonderful skills to the young person that would help them for their future and careers. Here’s a quick story. I shop at my local CVS. Most of the time, no one greets me. But sometimes when I am greeted and asked if I need help finding something, it changes my entire disposition and I may even have a short, pleasant chat with the employee. Bravo, Julian!
