My learnings from the social immersion project 2024 1.Resourcefulness and Creativity: Finding innovative ways to teach with limited resources. Creating engaging and effective learning experiences despite constraints. 2. Communication Skills: Improving the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, understandable terms. Learning to connect with children who might have different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. 3. Leadership and Teamwork: Enhancing leadership skills by taking initiative and responsibility in the classroom. Collaborating with fellow interns, local teachers, and community members to achieve common goals.

The concept of Noticeable Growth Aligned with Opportunities (NGAO) emphasizes personal development and seizing opportunities for individual growth.
