📌 Real talk: there are many pros and cons to working in social media. Those of us who work in this industry know it can take its toll, but I’ll focus on some of the positives. I love the industry because: - It makes me laugh - It keeps me young(ish) - It keeps me connected - I’ve found a caring community - I learn something new every day - It keeps me informed (sometimes not a positive) We get to work in an industry that’s supposed to be fun—an industry that asks you to “match my freak.” At the end of the day, we’re not saving lives, we’re trying to hit KPIs. Let’s do our best to enjoy the ride.
