Each year, J.P. During #HispanicHeritageMonth, we embrace the rich history, culture and contributions of our Hispanic and Latino communities, clients and employees. In recognition of the month, we asked some of our colleagues to share a food or family tradition that is special to them and their heritage.

This year, Asset & Wealth Management welcomed 476 Summer Analysts globally, the largest class to date. After 10 weeks of trainings, events and exposure to the work we do to support and build client relationships, our Summer Analysts share lessons learned and what they hope to take with them on their journeys ahead.
