Only 176 days remain to accomplish your 2024 goals. Here's how you can make the last 4,416 hours count: #1: 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 Take a moment to revisit the goals you set at the beginning of the year. If you haven't written them down yet, now is the perfect time to start. Writing goals increases your chances of achievement by making them tangible and actionable. Focus on your 2-3 BIG goals. They should be: - Ambitious - Specific enough to define success - Challenging enough to push you out of your comfort zone #2: 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻, 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝘂𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 Check-in on your current goals: - What's working well? - What have you accomplished? - Where are you behind? Why? Be honest as you audit the first six months of your year. Did you set too many goals? Were you focused on the wrong ones? 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝘂𝘁: Sometimes it's better to "check-out" of a goal rather than forcing yourself to complete it. Ask yourself: - Which goals are no longer relevant? - Which goals are distracting you from what really matters? 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲-𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻: With clarity on what really matters, it's time to unleash that superpower called focus! Focus means: - Saying "no" to shiny new projects or ideas that don't align with your goals - Scheduling dedicated time on your calendar to work on your priority goals daily - Concentrating your efforts on the 2-3 goals that will have the greatest impact Action step: Create a "focus ritual" - a daily 30-minute session dedicated solely to your most important goal. #3: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 Now that you've identified what you must accomplish in the remaining 4,416 hours of 2024, it's time to leverage the power of public commitment. Why make your goals public? Research shows that we're significantly more likely to achieve goals we've shared with others. And the benefits of telling others what you are focused on: 1. Increased personal accountability 2. Potential for valuable feedback 3. Opportunities for support and collaboration Action step: Share your top goal for the rest of 2024 with someone today! Ask your network for advice or support in achieving it. With only 176 days left, I'm excited to see what you'll accomplish. Comment below with your biggest goal for the remainder of the year!

Great reminder to focus! Scheduling dedicated time on your calendar to work on your priority goals daily is key. Thanks JP Elliott, PhD A friend said to me: 👉 Set 2 hours a day to solve your biggest goal for the week, month, quarter and keep doing that first thing. 👉 Then build a schedule with the MINIMUM amount of time you want to spend on a mixture of sleeping, exercise, work, hobbies, family life, personal life etc. Interesting to know what others do!
