Investing in shared purpose discussions is a great prevention of conflicts 🤝
With more diverse perspectives around the table, conflicts of interest
automatically arise, and with them the potential for friction, confrontation and combat.
Once escalated, they sadly often leave a trail of contaminated
relations that are difficult to remedy.
By forging a shared purpose together, we can not only prevent conflict from escalating, but also create an environment where everyone can thrive to advance something meaningful, greater than ourselves.
This is one of the reasons why last year we launched our first 'Do-it-yourself' online course, 'Finding Shared Purpose', to help project, team, movement or start-up leaders how to co-craft a shared purpose statement that aligns the interests of various stakeholders.
Building on the success of our first version and the valuable feedback we've received, we've invested extra time and effort to upgrade the course.
I'm delighted to announce that a renewed version is now available, along with another opportunity to join the online session LIVE on Thursday 18 April 2024!
If this sounds interesting, enrollment is open now on our website: https://lnkd.in/eQhihM-Z
Whether it's in the boardroom, in a start-up or the community hall: I wish this world more shared purpose discussions allowing us to find our unifying core, build bridges, dissolve barriers, and create a future where conflicts are resolved before they even begin.
🙏Thank you for joining us to bringing our human strength of thriving partnering collaboration to the forefront of our (business) world.
Wishing you all a peaceful week,
Warmly,
Eva
