Empowering Workforce Transformation: Automating Routine Jobs and Paving the Way for Future Opportunities

77% of Gen Zers prioritize work-life balance 70% of Gen Zers prioritize pay/salary as a top aspect they want from their next job Assuming there were enough people to work barista, QSR, hospitality jobs etc. (HINT: There isn't no matter what headline you read) They couldn't afford to live on the wages being paid If wages go up, consumer prices go up (You can't outmaneuver economics) Automated kiosks that require <2 hours of labor per day, in non traditional locations, are the common sense solution Every non traditional food service operator/manager in the US should already be adopting kiosks at scale or they setting the business they work for up for failure #kiosks #automation #cafe #foodservice #hospitality

From 2020-2023 we saw a lot of pushback on automation as food service operators weren't familiar with the ongoing monthly fee models. Now they understand that no matter how you look at it, automated kiosks are a better option so they can get more offerings to consumers with much less labor. You could offer coffee, food, fresh beverages, etc. with one employee instead of 6+.
