We all have 24h in a day. You need to make sure that these hours are effective. And these are the 3 simple steps I work with my clients to escalate further: 1. Identify unproductive hours: What activities can you eliminate or minimize? 2. Evaluate valuable hours: Are there tasks you're doing that cost less than your hourly rate but still consume your time? Then you need to delegate them. 3. Reallocate your time: Use the hours you gained and allocate them to important tasks that are making you do better and grow.
