It was amazing to welcome an incredible crew from Netflix for the last Career Discovery session. Thank you Paulette Clark-Norfleet for envisioning and catalyzing this moment! And another huge thank you to everyone for participating and making this session so helpful and meaningful to our scholars; Sergio Ezama, Corey Geiger, Esq., Stephanie Leonard, Kelli Kirkland, Corey Twitty, and our very own Brent Montgomery. Career Discovery helps emerging talent better understand "how to get in" to careers in entertainment, sports, and finance. And with generous leaders at the forefront of our sessions the students are much better prepared to do just that. Of course, none of this would be possible without our incredible academic and service partners; Digital Media Connecticut, University of Connecticut, Connecticut State Colleges & Universities, LiveGirl, Waterside School, REACH Prep, FUTURE 5, and many more! Many thanks and much gratitude to all! ... especially to the students in attendance at this one who just finished their finals and still decided to lean in. We appreciate you!
