In my book, 'Non-Food Franchising', I mention the idea of business ownership and its 'trifecta' opportunity... 1) First, you are obviously building cash flow. 2) Second, you receive many tax advantages and other benefits that W2 employees are not entitled to (the government encourages business ownership through the tax code). 3) You are creating an asset that should one day have an exit value. FRANCHISING Often poses a challenge – the potential misalignment between franchisors and franchisees, specifically in the context of their needs and expectations. Franchisees may find themselves feeling distanced from the franchisor, and separate from the day-to-day realities of running a business on the ground level. It's really important to recognize and address this disconnect, emphasizing the significance of meeting the needs of all parties involved.
