The world is in a crazy, angry place right now. With tensions running high everywhere, October is often a month where things get stirred for people, ie mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I encourage you to switch off to what the world is doing, and use this time to tune in to yourself, to inspect what you can do for yourself, to grow. We need to grow, otherwise we stagnate and can become distracted, bitter, even resentful. When we grow, we expand our capacity to love others and to share our love, peace and joy. We must be the people to step up, stop complaining, start leading, and show others the way. Tune out of hate that is constantly being shared in the media, and tune into love, and make a commitment to yourself today, to your self growth and share your love with those around you. Les Brown Be careful of your self-talk. Without monitoring your mind and your mouth, the majority of what you say to yourself can poison your attitude, weaken your spirit, drain your energy. Be aware that, left unchecked, the negative storyteller in your brain can shut down your faith; amplify your fears; and activate a spirit of hopelessness and self-sabotage. Turn off and banish the automatic negative thoughts that will run your life if you let them. Learn to keep your heart open and love yourself unconditionally. The universe is on your side waiting for your next move. Celebrate what is working in your life. Focus on the positive and on what you can do right now. Give thanks for what you have and that you are still here. That alone says that your life still matters. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you! #legalcaster

If you were told you were too much. Your emotions are too big, your excitement too overwhelming. I see you. I am you. You were never the problem from the beginning. It’s time to heal, to return to who you were before you started to mask and fit in the box others want you to stay in. Before you started to change yourself to fit into that perfect picture that others expected of you. Before you became a people pleaser in hopes that you would be accepted. You shifted so much you’ve forgotten who YOU are. Here you are, you CAN return to who you are at your very core. You can re-create that self- belief, you can accept yourself, love yourself, TRUST yourself… BUT how? By following through with your promises to yourself. By reminding yourself that you are important. That you do matter that YOU ARE WORTH IT.
