We have recently published the latest #DigitalStrategy Roadmap for the WA Government. The roadmap outlines the vision and highlights over 70 projects currently underway. The large number of new initiatives in this year’s roadmap is a testamente to the ongoing commitment to digital transformation as a key driver of reforms. Interesting to see the focus of better services outcome leveraging off a focus "Design WA Government services around your life events". Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) with Catalyst have started this approach in NZ https://smartstart.services.govt.nz/
