The award will be presented at an event on June 5. The award honors individuals, companies, and projects that are changing the real estate landscape of New Jersey through development, design, construction, project management, and more. Goutam was named to the individuals list for Project/Construction Management.

Congratulations to Priyanka Pujar for being recognized as an Emerging Leader by American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) New Jersey! Priyanka has worn many hats in her time with our company, including starting in our cost estimating group. Most recently, she has been a project engineer on important work ongoing at Princeton University. ACEC-NJ’s Emerging Leaders program is a highly selective program for professionals in the early stages of their careers. Priyanka recently completed the last session of this several month long program.

Congratulations to Vishwambhara Kumbharathi PMP, CEP, PSP for being recognized as an Outstanding Rising Professional by AACE International. Vishwa is a leader in our Cost Estimating department and has been involved in AACEi for many years, including as a Member of the Education Board and as Director of University Outreach for the AACEi New Jersey Section. In addition to his client work, he has written and presented about integrating artificial intelligence into the cost estimating process. The award will be presented at AACEi’s conference in Atlanta, GA next month.
