Most automated prospecting sequences read like marketing emails. Too generic and stuffed with buzzwords that turn off prospects. Instead of a 1 size fits all approach, try making an automated sequence for your specific personas Here's how - Write automated emails that are highly specific to their role - Then add prospects to the sequence based on their job title You'll find that open & reply rates are way better and it's less context switching while you prospect within each persona sequence For example, my IAM job title sequence has a 69% open rate, which is higher than the average of my personalized emails! What type of business do they have? What Industries are they in? What type of entrepreneurs are they and what are their track record? Can you give the customer profile for (your niche): Age, occupation, Industries, hobbies, common pains points, Secret desires, day in the life for them. For (your niche) How do they typically make purchasing decisions? What factors influence their buying choices? What social media platforms do they use? How do they prefer to receive information about products/services? Do they engage with email marketing or prefer other forms of communication? Are they active in online communities or forums related to your industry? Who are my competitors for lead generation/ appointment setting competitors, and who are their customers? Are there gaps in the market that you can fill for a specific customer segment? What unique value can you offer to attract your ideal customers? What are the various touchpoints in their journey from awareness to purchase and beyond? How can you engage with them at each stage to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty?
