It is well known that environmental factors and chemical exposure can directly affect those that are exposed to them; however it was extremely interesting to find out that what you parents, grandparents, or great grandparents were exposed to can still affect your own health or precondition to certain pathologies and diseases. Toxic organisms are a group of toxic systems made of a group of toxic organs made of a group of toxic tissues and made of a group of toxic cells. I'm talking of the human body here. At times you will even try to heal a cell in a system hoping for compound effect but people who have no notion of biology won't get concepts such as euthanasia. My course of action:if a context is more toxic and harming you by the hour you remove yourself from the situation:trust me you are never missed for anything other than being the scapegoat in these situations.No one cares.AKA:you stop hurting yourself by any means necessary and do what needs doing.Life is too short for caring wrongly,looking for decency in all kinds of wrong places and wanting to go somewhere you are not even allowed to EXIST. Take it from me:self respect is not something you fake and yet it is something humans have little to no notion of in this day and age. We all go through things but get this:once anyone prefers facing the darkness within themselves so they don't harm the people they care about this means that the person has had a shift in what really matters-the person will be nonchalant about everything else because they are used to be the problem and don't care enough to explain to nobody because validation has revealed itself to be something the person doesn't seek externally in any kind of way or fashion. We,the people who face these instances,are never going to let toxicity change who we are to please anyone.We would rather leave the situation,call it a day,go home to our kids alive-while we can. This post will not be understood and will probably have a negative ripple effect on a lot of stuff.But hey,my maths teacher taught me multiplying negatives provides positive results. At least I personally will have a record of a day that is supposed to be a perfect day ruined because of human nature. It's a sad time for humanity and a terrible day-disappointment doesn't begin to describe the latest episode of my chronicles. This is not even material fit for my ongoing book,it's material to help others see that in this life no one cares and you have to care enough about YOURSELF to walk away and never look back. Don't do it to prove a point though-do it because the longer you deny your gut feeling the longer you will hurt yourself in a pointless process of keeping your sanity in a cut throat series of scenarios called life in 2024. It is hard but necessary.

If the human body is designed to heal itself, when why are people sick? Babara O'Neil in her lecture highlighted these causative agents to be the reason why the human body is degenerating, leading to the increase in terminal diseases. These agents are: 1. Stimulants: these stimulants leach minerals out of the body. (i) sugar (in its crystallised form). these sugars cause disruption in the DNA. (ii) caffeine: they disrupt neurotransmitters in the brain. Research shows that people who are addicted to caffeine or coke have the tendency to give birth to children with autism and hyperactivity due to the caffeine disrupting the neurotransmitters of the brain. caffeine also leaches calcium and magnesium out of the body. (iii) Alcohol: these results in fatal alcohol syndrome in new borns who have parents that take at least two bottles of alcohol daily. (iv) Genetically Modified organism: they have the ability to alter DNA.they can cause cancer due to their ability to cause mutated cells which results in cancer. 50 years ago, there was more soil minerals compared to now, this is as a result of increase in climate change which is causing a lot of damage to our ecosystem. 92% of DNA damage is caused by mineral deficiency. How can we be mineral deficient when we eat more greens? The answer is a lot of farmers now farm for money. Using fertilisers that are cheap and not healthy for the soil. the phosphate in these fertilisers lock up minerals in the soil and prevent them from going up to the plant. so bugs eat these mineral deficient plants which we end up feeding on as they are more present in the market. The farmer comes sprays on these mineral deficient plants, harvest too early and store for too long, these feeding habits is the leading reason why we have a rise in terminal diseases and it accounts for why the body cannot self heal itself. The human body is meant to deteriorate, but the rate at which it is deteriorating is alarming. the only way forward is a safe ecosystem for all life forms and this can be achieved by putting more focus on tackling climate change and practicing more sustainable, natural farming techniques, this will not only ensure a safe, clean and healthy ecosystem, but also a healthier population devoid of terminal diseases and illnesses. #youngo #cancer biology

After several decades with Western researchers entering little-explored territories in search of plants and other natural sources from which to extract new active ingredients, now that we are in the microbiota-centric world, the researchers' interest has shifted to the microbiota of indigenous populations, hoping to isolate bacteria present in their microbiota (and now extinct in ours) useful for improving our health.  But is all this ethical?
