Johnson Law Group welcomes Jennifer Solak to our firm. As a graduate of Tulane Law School, Jennifer brings 18 years of experience helping others to JLG. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Jennifer has called Houston home since 2006. Jennifer spent many years serving clients directly in estate planning and probate matters, and at Johnson Law Group, she continues to fight for those who have been injured through contamination, defective medical devices, and dangerous products. Specifically, Jennifer works with the families of clients who have passed away to ensure their estates receive the settlement funds they are due. Kayla Alexander is Johnson Law Group’s newest licensed attorney after her swearing in at the HYLA ceremony on October 13th. A Houston native, Kayla received her B.S. from the University of Tampa and her J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law. During her time in law school, Kayla was heavily involved as President of the Board of Advocates and Vice-President of her school’s Black Law Students Association. As a passionate advocate, Kayla was a student attorney at the Community Lawyering Center and a member of her school’s traveling Moot Court Team. In Spring of 2023, she was awarded membership to the Order of Barristers. Last week, Johnson Law Group staff and attorneys came out to support Dana Lizik (left, in Grey) in the performance of The Law Files, the new show from Night Court, the Houston-based all lawyer musical theater company. Johnson Law Group remains a proud sponsor of Night Court which is a 501(c)(3) organization that raises money for important charities that provide free legal services to those in need.
