In 2024 I want to make faster decisions. I recently realized in my work life, I’m a great, fast decision maker but in my personal life, I’m s……l…..o…..w. Like sloth slow. Like the kind of sloth that moss grows on their fur slow. In my work life, I make confident decisions that 99% of the time lead to a successful outcomes which in turn leads to more fun, more success, more opportunities. In my personal life, I stagnate. I comparison shop. I ask my spouse what he thinks. I go back-and-forth with pro/con and so forth. Basically, I get stuck. Did you know the most successful individuals share a common trait—they make decisions with speed and conviction in both work and personal settings. Here’s why: ·       Rapid Decision Making Breeds Confidence: Successful people understand that waiting for absolute certainty is often an illusion.
