Executive, Senator & Organ Donor

**Prayers Requested**   I am asking for your prayers for me and my son Will. On Wednesday, July 21st we will have surgery. Last August of 2020, our oldest Will was rushed to the hospital and we quickly learned he was in kidney failure.  We almost lost him and we are so grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff at Northside Cherokee Hospital. Praise the Lord he survived, but needed to go on dialysis at 24 years old. Our world was forever changed and the impact was substantial for Will and our family.   Last week we received the most anticipated and greatest news… I AM THE MATCH to donate a kidney to Will! I cannot fully describe the emotion of hearing from the medical team at Emory Hospital after months of tests. Please pray for Will, me, our family and the medical staff.    Along the way, God has sent angels to help light the path ahead. We have kept our situation quiet until now and feel it is time to share the story. Our hope is people will get tested if they are feeling ill, have a network to understand kidney disease, support those in need, and learn about being a transplant donor. We know God has a plan and our mission will be to share our experience and serve others.   The power of prayer is awesome and ask you add us to your list. We will keep you posted and thank you so much.   John & Will Albers William Albers, Emory University Hospital, Kari Albers

Dear John and Will , God has already started his good work in the life of Will. Do not be anxious or fearful. This too shall pass. Keep trusting God. He has a plan and purpose in your life. Things are going to be perfect in a short while. I will surely pray for you guys. Regards Naresh

I will include this request in my prayers. Prayer is very powerful. Believed it it not, it has been proven scientifically in a double blind study! If you Google it you'll find it. Many blesses to both of you, God's mercy in great!

Emory is a great place to get things done. Glad you are in good hands, and in the hand of God. Blessings and full recovery to you both.
