101 Strategic theory of litigation - How to become a great ADVOCATE. At the Bar or any library in the world where the law is practiced, there is no section for only SILKS or only Junior’s in the law library. The law is the law no matter who your opponent is (Silk and Junior read the same law in the library). Consult (The foundation in the pyramid theory of litigation); distill the facts and find the law in the library (infuse the two) by comparing the thesis and antithesis. Decide whether to prosecute the matter or not ( cause of action or defense). Congeal the argument (find the locus classicus) before any drafting of any papers by means of pleadings or affidavits and heads of argument (and the practice note). Write the judgment for the Judge from your chambers and create common Law from other lawyers may quote YOU with authority and build a Library📚 😂#attorneys #lawyers #advocate #lawstudents
