As we all know about the dispute between Lakshadweep and Maldives, After the dispute, Lakshadweep is trending in our country, and soon it will be the tourism hub. Lakshadweep has three unique things to offer that can attract tourists: 1) Unique Culture- For cultural tourist fans, Lakshadweep offers a blend of three unique cultures and traditions, which are Indian, Arab, and African traditions. 2)Rich Marine biodiversity- Lakshadweep has a rich marine Biodiversity, and if this is promoted well as a global diving destination, it can not only attract adventure seekers but also contribute to the conservation of rich marine diversity. 3) Beautiful Beaches- Lakshadweep Beaches is considered to be one of the cleanest beaches in the world, recently 'The Blue Flag' certification has been awarded to two of Lakshadweep's new beaches - Minicoy Thundi Beach and Kadmat Beach. Now the main challenge that can possibly arise as tourism increases is that it can hamper the cleanliness of the beaches, which can also harm the reputation of Lakshadweep, which can lead to low tourism and criticism from all around the world, and it will give a chance to Maldives to downgrade us. To make sure this does not happen and to maintain this blue flag title, we, as Indians, it is our responsibility to keep the beachs clean and not throw any garbage. #cleanLakshadweep

Excellent report on 2023 Bali's performance and the opportunity around branded residences. In summary, there are fewer branded residences in #bali than in other SEA destinations. Why? 1. Large Indonesian property groups prefer larger-scale projects in Jakarta and other urbanizing locations. 2. A restrictive environment on foreign property ownership, with a lack of transparency or consistency. 3. The costs of PMA companies to hold these assets increased over the last few years. However, as the report suggests: “there is a changing mindset of Indonesian developers to develop branded residences in Bali, and this is expected to grow to a wider scale among those seeking second or holiday homes. Once domestic buyers enter the broader resort-grade property market, we expect that impact to be a game-changer for branded residences.” #baliindonesia #realestatedevelopment #brandedresidence
Bali is back and tourism is booming. Did you know in 2023 5.3 million international visitor arrivals and nearly 10 million domestic travelers went to Bali?
