We have been blessed to curate some incredible events, but producing the White House Juneteenth concert for the second year is at the top. Growing up in Texas, we have always had a special connection to Juneteenth, and we are honored to play a role in bringing this concert to life. Take a look at some of the private behind-the-scenes moments.

Theatre Communications Group upgraded me to a solo presentation at the national theater conference, and I love their description!
"As nonprofit arts organizations we are fed the narrative that our most lucrative programs or productions are often the least mission-aligned, and vice versa: that our most mission-aligned work is the least beneficial for our bottom line. Out Of Hand Theater's story paints a different picture: we have developed a model that has tripled our income in four years while moving our neighbors to action on important issues and elevating the role of theater in our community. It’s a win for art, a win for business, and a win for our community... This session will illustrate more about this unique model, and generate further conversation about how to serve our bottom lines by centering our communities and harnessing our greatest potential for impact."
Eimear Noone I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for this incredible interview.
Everyone should listen to this - especially any women/men interested in bringing equity, equality and changing work-culture for us to thrive.
To the two Marys and Enda Grace wowser! This is the most beautiful podcast - and I sense it will have a huge following - it is so beautiful, the way you both create and hold the space for real conversations on things that really matter. Enda Grace truly wonderful!
Eimear Noone I have admired you from afar for years online. Probably, safe to say, a girl crush! Your presence has always caught me. But now I know why:-
You are an incredible bright light, I think you are a real life trailblazer - the essence of our great lands ancestral change-makers and mystics is not dead but so alive in you. You carry the essence and join the incredible great women that have shone brightly on the world stage, Grace O'Malley, Nano Nagle, Caroline Casey, Mary McAleese, Mary Robinson come to mind.
Thank you for showing us what is possible when you stand in your truth, be full of integrity, have the courage to walk the path, the ripple you can have on the world stage and the legacy when one does.
But, I want to thank you all personally, this interview has brought up lots for me.
Funny, just like you, Mary, I was told the same when I joined law. I went on to qualify too and experienced first hand the inequity and unfairness of the legal system as a woman.
Just like you Eimear Noone I miscarried. Mine inflicted by working too hard and not minding myself. Unfortunately, I too needed to file a Gender Equality case, post my miscarriage. A very challenging experience, considering I was a a founding equity owner and director.
As part of the process, I filed multiple proceedings in the high court and commercial court.
My case settled and the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed just weeks before the birth of my second child.
The settlement monies I received were lodged while I lay in hospital after delivering, with my beautiful little boy.
For some weeks now, I have been with and reflecting on the role of Non-Disclosure Agreements and the silencing that happens with that?
I also have been reflecting on what we voice things safely, as a means for change and do that in a collective, safe way. One of the things and main drivers and essence of the The Dialogue Code
This is very alive with me, with the recent death (suspected suicide)of the lawyer Valerie - who was doing 18 hour days and had 2 small children.
It has prompted me to consider a series of dialogues for women in law, across our island, UK and perhaps in LA and to reflect on how we can bring equity and justice back into law to be truly lived, so that we can create equitable places of work for women, men, children to thrive?
Much to be done, but how lucky are we - to be here when change is coming.
I worked in the US in human rights law. Eimear what strength to navigate

Producer of television & Changing Times podcast with Mary McAleese & Mary Kennedy. In house ARRI Alexa, Red Raven, Sony FX9 & 2 x FS7’s.
This is an extraordinary listen. We all know Eimear Noone as the first woman to lead the orchestra at the Oscars in 2020. The rest of the Galway woman’s story is equally incredible. Now living in Los Angeles we were delighted to welcome Eimear to our Allenwood studio for this emotionally charged and uplifting conversation with former president of Ireland Mary McAleese and one of our country’s best loved broadcasters Mary Kennedy.

The BGAC come from the community for local artists and to give local employment.
Let our voices be heard… join us on this day...
Questions:
1. How is our local theatre being used?
2. How many community events have you seen at the BGAC?
3. What are the aims and objectives of the BGAC?
4. Is it reasonable to only give one-month to a rent increase?
Thank you Tyler Rand and Association of California Symphony Orchestras for inviting me into the great discussion about #capitalization with Elizabeth Shribman & Stephanie N. Stallings
1. Where does one start in the capitalization process?
• Begin with the END in mind! This is a process that helps us TAKE CHARGE of our situation, and get out of the doom and gloom being amplified right now in the press. No matter what your financial situation is, take steps today that create the possibility for you to have operating reserves, multi-year giving, opportunity funds. Speak your IMPACT to inspire, enroll and engage others in what can be possible - and (transparently) include them in the journey – bumps and all.
2. How do you being to talk to donors?
• Coming out of COVID, we have such an opportunity to shift conversations with our donors and community from what we DO, to what occurs when we DO it! Speak & share the extraordinary IMPACT we create when we’re rocking it! (creating moments of #joy, #connection, #belonging, #awe, #goosebumps, #transformation, #fun#healing). Enroll and engage others in our vision of what it might mean for our community
• and then: educate our donors on not only what it TAKES to do what we normally do, but what it will take to truly move the needle – to have the impact we’re meant to have.

Meanwhile, it's very much a part of human nature to seek similarities among phenomena rather than focusing on differences, laying the groundwork for change. Sometimes, this inclination is justified, especially when attempting such comparisons seems unimaginable. Take, for instance, the question: What similarities exist between Opera and Jazz? Instead of assuming there are none, consider how George #Gershwin made an attempt to reconcile these two genres with his creation, "Porgy and Bess."
What makes "Porgy and Bess" somewhat similar to #jazz is its incorporation of jazz elements into the operatic form. Gershwin infused the score with blues, jazz, and spiritual influences, creating a uniquely American sound. The opera features syncopated rhythms, improvisational passages, and harmonic progressions reminiscent of jazz music. Additionally, the characters often sing in a conversational, idiomatic style that reflects the vernacular language of the time.
While "Porgy and Bess" is not a traditional jazz work, its fusion of operatic and jazz elements makes it a notable example of how these two genres can intersect and influence each other.

We hope you will enjoy the trailers for this thoughtful film called "The Ride Ahead."
From the movie website, "Samuel Habib is a typical 21-year-old, itching to move out, start a career and find love. But no one tells you how to be an adult, let alone an adult with a disability. Can a community of disability activists help him follow his dreams?"

Living The Good Life'.
What does it mean to live or strive to live 'The Good Life'?
What do we sacrifice?
What is important and is it even possible?
What if the pressure of the pursuit itself is what stops us from achieving it?
Perhaps it it not about the destination but the journey. After all, no two versions of 'the good life' are the same.
What does it look like for you?
