" (NimraNoorbinteRanaMArif) steps of breast examination:- 1-Visual Inspection (in front of mirror look size , shape and contour of breast . 2-Raise your arms (see armpits for any swelling) 3-Check your nipples (any type discharge ) 4-Lie down (keeping fingers flat and use your right hand for left breast's examination and palpation . 5-Circular motion (cover the whole breast from top to bottom and side to side . 6-Repeat the examination for other breast . "

I would like to ask Dr McKenzie from Accuray a question if he doesn't mind please. What kind of Research papers you and your Accuray team like to showcase please? Paper 1 Title: Innovative Leadership Comparison of Ion Beam Applications SA Belgium against its competitors . Paper 2 Title: Expert opinions on Robotic CyberKnife Technology Your team including Karen Carr did not show case two of my outstanding Research Papers which describe innovation in Accuray and 4 other companies and current status of Robotic CyberKnife at ASTRO023. Karen Carr approached me and asked me to provide her with full text of both papers and then did not show case them. Do you and your team like to showcase a paper that does not mention your company and products? You did not showcase the paper 1 cos it mentions IBA? what kind of approach is that? What was the reason not to showcase paper 2? The paper describes innovation in all 5 companies and highlights areas in which they excel and where more attention is needed. Please note no study like this has ever been conducted before and this is first time innovation and innovative leadership in your company has been described in detail. I am very disappointed by your team. Rather than appreciating my hard work and the fact that I am first researcher who has carried out detailed study on your company's innovative capabilities your team chose to side line it. WOW. Do you think it is waste of time to write a research paper that includes Accuray and its products? Regards Dr. A E Taqaddas
