The World Wealth Report, our annual research on wealth and wealth management, is making headlines.   On Wednesday, our experts Martine Klutz and Laurent Barbazanges presented the results for Belgium. Yesterday, they were joined by Frédéric Robin in Luxembourg.   Same exercise, different results.   In short:   ➤ Luxembourg saw a strong recovery in the number of dollar millionaires and their combined wealth, mirroring global trends. Belgium saw a slight decline in both wealth and population.   ➤ The wealthy in both countries seek higher returns and diversification. Belgium favors private equity, while Luxembourg also shows interest in cryptocurrencies.   ➤ Our research shows that high-net-worth individuals are aware of cognitive biases impacting their investments.
