Very few Marketing Agencies absolutely nail their own marketing. The ones that do usually do one or both of these 2 things:
⚫ They treat themselves as their most important retained client - meaning consistent activity.
⚫ They outsource their own marketing to someone else - meaning external people are holding them accountable to drive consistent activity.
Fail to do either of the above and you'll be stuck in the same cycle as most other agencies. Taking whatever you can in terms of opportunities, being pushed down on price because people aren't bought into you as a business...and making less profit than you should.
