What topic is better suitable for a maiden post than the most scorching of all hot topics: 🔥 Artificial Intelligence 🔥 As a technology-enthusiast I've been following this development as I follow any tech-related development. What stands out for me as a major difference is the adoption eagerness that sticks to AI like cat hair to my clothes. Which begs to dilemmatise: are we too quick to embrace this holy technology or is it really already unimaginable to operate without? Are we a 12 year old girl that installs a dancing-themed spying app on her phone without any reservations... or are we a 70 year old man that still claims the internet will soon be a fading trend. It's safe to say you should be somewhere in the middle, be forward-thinking but critical. I still wake up screaming when I dream of the times that everyone was trying to convince me that Flash was the future of website technology. As for my personal AI roadmap: even though I do enjoy messing around with the usual stand-alone AI suspects, what I enjoy even more are existing tools that now have AI functionality integrated within. For some cool examples you can look at the AI developments at Adobe, HubSpot, Visual Studio and GitHub. In my view that's where the sweetest spots, in terms of productivity, will be. AI is an incredibly useful tool and like any tool it is way more powerful in the hands of a person that has wielded that tool a couple of times before.
