Every time we run a survey asking people what features they want, 10-20% request something that already exists. It makes me a little sad to hear about people doing stuff manually that we already automated. I'd bet this is happening in just about all software. If you use software and want a specific feature, it's worth hunting for it, or at least asking support if it's possible. You might find a lot more value in the products you're already using. Edit: Forgot to add (because I knew it would come up), that some of these things are super obvious. It's not like they are hidden features. Sometimes they're in the main menu. Sometimes it's default behaviour of how a web browser works. Yes, there's always room for education, but a majority of people won't read it.
