I like all of them and do many of them - I think especially the being able to move around is so important for long meetings as for some fidgety people (Iike me) this boosts concentration ten fold versus having camera on and staring at screen.

This week, I had the privilege of sharing the stage with Dale Preston and Craig Corte at the DCDA Town Hall. Craig shared his reflections on challenges, progress and achievements in 2023, and our goals and opportunities in 2024. I dived into the insights from our annual employee listening survey, highlighting our five chosen focus areas for improvement and growth based on the team’s direct feedback. 2yso true.... working or having to be at home isn't that easy. We are currently in Level 4 lockdown in Auckland, working from home is our everyday life! we sometimes forget that it doesn't have to be all day everyday, we can have breaks, we can go outside or just have a moment away from the computer...I need to remind myself of this and that it's ok!
