Good morning APAC! The nice thing about principles is that they apply across all countries. This also applies to certain leadership principles. Of course, the concrete application and implementation is always culturally influenced, but the basic rule remains the same. That's why I'm looking forward to reflecting with a group of leaders from the APAC region on how to make leadership even more efficient and effective.
