Empowering individuals to thrive in tech: Co-founder of Future Collars | Amazon Web Services Partner | Forbes' Poland 100 Most Powerful Women|AI passionate

I had the privilege to participate in a meeting with Margrethe Vestager and several Ukrainian and Polish startups. Discussion was resolved on two main issues: 🛑 what barriers do Polish and Ukrainian startups face in the EU 🚀 what changes in EU regulations are needed so that Polish and Ukrainian enterprises can prosper and develop better As we witness the rapid technological advancements in the US, it's imperative for Europe to accelerate its pace to stay competitive. Here are my key suggestions for the European Commission to narrow the technological gap and foster a thriving innovation ecosystem: 1️⃣Streamline Funding Procedures:Simplify the funding processes and reduce the bureaucratic hurdles. By making it easier and faster for startups to access funds, we can drive innovation and support budding entrepreneurs more effectively. 2️⃣Incentivize investment in Startups:Encourage I ndividuals with access to capital to fund startups through attractive incentives. Tax breaks, matching investments, and other financial benefits can stimulate private investment in the tech sector. 3️⃣Promote Technical Knowledge:Launch social awareness to inspire and educate individuals about the importance of investing in their technical skills. Highlighting success stories and offering accessible to easy funding to quality bootcamps. 4️⃣ Support #ReskillingandUpskilling: Provide incentives for companies to invest in the continuous development of their workforce. Subsidies, grants, and recognition programs can encourage businesses to prioritize reskilling and upskilling their talents, ensuring they remain competitive in the technology driven market. 🙏Together, these steps can create a more dynamic and resilient tech ecosystem in Europe, fostering innovation and bridging the gap with the US Thank you Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge for this invitation.
