Appreciation post for my two secret weapons… Even though it’s often my face you see or my voice you hear out in front of Partytrick, you better believe I have some powerhouse people backing me up. So when I was recently invited to sit down with Melissa and Dave (JourneySixty6), hosts of The Writing Podcast, who better to prep me than the two brilliant authors on my writing team, Molly Horton Booth and Stephanie Kate Strohm? (This podcast was a fun one, folks – highly recommend you give it a listen - link in the comments! I shared some outside-the-box ideas for turning book parties into rocket launches.) I don’t think there’s a successful entrepreneur out there who can say they did it alone. And while some like working within a team more than others, I find it essential. For me, bouncing ideas around with my team is where my creativity really thrives. One person just can’t be an expert in ALL things, and it does your business a disservice to think you can be.
