My favorite part of working at Bain is the privilege of partnering with executives who are committed to driving transformational change in their companies. My favorite is the 'growth-led transformation' - who doesn't love growth? I also love the work that Bain does 'in the lab' to figure out how and why transformations work, especially in a world that is as consistently disrupted as our is.
