This weekend, I had the honor of speaking to hundreds of students at the Wisconsin Leadership Seminars, Inc. (WILS). The phrase I would use to describe this weekend is “unconditional acceptance.” We have a generation of empathetic, passionate leaders who are yearning to change the world. They brought energy and enthusiasm to create that environment of acceptance. I am honored to do this work and I can’t wait to watch this next crop of leaders leave their mark! I learned so much from them. I may be sore and exhausted today, but it was worth every minute. 😊 #leadershipdevelopment #keynotespeaker
